Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:

Item Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Custom Orders: Custom-designed pieces can be returned within 30 days but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee due to customization costs.

Certification: Lab certificates must be returned with the stone. Missing certificates may delay refund processing.
