Email us at returns@richosrocks.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return (optional). We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Step 2: Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop it off at any Australia Post location. We'll email you tracking confirmation.
Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (1-2 business days), we'll process your full refund. Money will be back in your account within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
Item Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Custom Orders: Custom-designed pieces can be returned within 30 days but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee due to customization costs.
Certification: Lab certificates must be returned with the stone. Missing certificates may delay refund processing.
